How long does a prepared culture medium last, and how should I store it?
Our prepared media leave the plant with a minimum shelf life of 3 months. Keep them refrigerated between 2 and 8 °C, protected from light and in their original packaging.
Can I request a sample before buying?
Yes. We provide samples of no commercial value so your laboratory can validate the product with its own strains or cell lines.
What controls does each lot go through?
Every lot goes through sterility and growth-promotion testing against control strains before leaving the plant, under a certified quality management system.
Where do I download the certificate of analysis (CoA) and the technical data sheet?
Every box carries a QR code that leads to the certificate of analysis for your lot. We send the technical data sheet and the safety data sheet by e-mail or WhatsApp.
How long does delivery take?
It depends on the product. Once we include your requirement in our production planning, we can deliver within the following 48 hours.
How are fetal bovine serum and refrigerated products shipped?
Fetal bovine serum travels frozen; refrigerated media and sera travel in insulated boxes with cold gel packs. On arrival, check the temperature.
Is the fetal bovine serum produced in Colombia?
Yes. We produce it at our plant in Bogotá from a single certified origin, with triple filtration to 0.1 µm, free of mycoplasma (verified by PCR) and with a certificate of analysis.
What happens if a product does not comply?
Our guarantee applies: if a lot does not meet what its certificate of analysis states, we replace it.
How can I pay?
We accept bank transfer, PSE and card through the online shop, and credit invoicing for customers with an approved limit.
Do you manufacture custom media or solutions?
Yes. A good part of our portfolio was born from requests by laboratories themselves.
Do you sell to distributors?
Yes. We have a distributor price list, volume discounts, and technical and marketing material.

How does shipping work for orders outside Colombia?
Published prices are EXW (Ex Works): they include the product ready at our plant in Bogotá, but do not include freight, insurance, duties or taxes at destination. We quote freight and the Incoterm per destination and per order.
